Description

From wp_list_comments function in comments.php file.
Displaying comments should be as in settings page: - Settings -> Discussions -> Comments should be displayed with "newer/older" the comments at the top of each page nut not in the theme

I do not see reverse_top_level in Twenty Twelve's codebase.
