Description

It was pointed out to me on Twitter that our images could benefit from another run through ImageOptim. I verified that we could save almost half a megabyte by doing this!

Previously discussed on #19232 and done in [21980]. Time for a smushbot? :)

In 22829:

Do not optimize/smush/ImageOptim GIFs. Most are either not reduced in size or reduced only couple of bytes but the optimization messes with the transparency/matte. Fixes #22536, see #22381
