Broken image icon in "Edit Attachment Details"

Description

  1. Click "Choose a Featured Image".
  2. Click "Media Library".
  3. A broken image icon appears on the right (see the screenshot).

"Edit Attachment Details" block should probably be hidden if no attachment is selected yet.
