Description

Clicking the link in "Try the browser uploader instead" does nothing.

Tested in Firefox 16, Chrome 23, IE 8, Opera 12.

Current priority here is to direct the link to media-new.php.

Have the media modal direct users to media-new.php for the browser uploader. fixes #22444.
