Select Files button doesn't always work on Custom Header modal

Description

When you're in Appearance > Header, and click the Choose Image button and navigate to the Upload Files tab, the Select Files button doesn't always work.

It's my understanding having the Uploader in the modal in the first place is kind of a bonus anyway, because we already have a generic uploader outside the modal, but the issue with the modal was worth pointing out.

I can't reproduce this bug. Can you try to record a screencast or identify a JS error?

I think it had to do with the Media Library tab perhaps loading slowly and not being able to click Select Files because it wasn't the focused state. It doesn't seem to be a problem now though.
