initial v1 1 1 search.php have a lot in common with archives template files: (tag.php, author.php, category.php, etc) 2 old posts 3 heading in all default themes 4 excerpt text 2 3 - old posts 4 - heading in all default themes 5 - excerpt text 5 6 6 7 it's just an idea that can make some things more easy to use.. if the search.php file will be missed, archives.php will be used before index.php...
