Which version? Browser cache cleared? Any JavaScript errors? Does it happen with the default theme and no plugins activated?

I use Wordpress 3.5 and the newest version of Google Crome.
With all plugins deactivaded and the default theme, it works.
How can I see JavaSrcipt errors?
Browser cache cleared has no result.
The error is viewing ONLY on the first dashboard (subpages as Plugins, Themes, Pages etc. do work).

Hope I helped you for so far.

Replying to timvango:

With all plugins deactivaded and the default theme, it works.

You should find the plugin that causes the issue and report it to the plugin author (or theme author, if this only happens when the theme you're using is active).
