Description
There appears to be an issue with charcater encoding in inline-uploading.php. The labels are badly encoded as the image illustrates. It is only the uploads iframe which is relevant here.

I'm afraid that I can't offer a patch, but I did have a careful look and tried pinpointing the culprit.
