Description
After an update the following are not available.
Cannot create a new post. Visual/Text tabs are not clickable. You cannot type in the Post Box. "Kitchen sink" is missing.
Tested in both Chrome and Firefox.
Publish immediately - Edit Not clickable to change the date/time for a post
Screen Options and Help are not clickable in dashboard.
Rolled back to a backup, kitchen sink is still missing, visual tab is unable. Can click on Text tab and create a post now at least.
Plugins were disabled and default theme in place. This happened across 3 installations.

There has been reports of the Bulletproof Security plugin leaving behind .htaccess rules (even after being deactivated) that continued to break the site. Please try the support forums, this is not a core issue, you have broken JavaScript one way or another. http://wordpress.org/support/
