Description

The WordPress copyright date in license.txt is 2003-2010. Shouldn't it be updated to the current year?

Attaching a patch to push it to 2003-2013 (figuring it's so darn close).

Actually, that 2003-2010 range should stay. That's part of the historical notice when WordPress was licensed as "GPL" with no version specified. But the current copyright (top) can be updated.
