No Live Preview after registering taxonomy with 'theme' id

How to replicate:

1) Add the following code into the functions.php file of the theme:
(twentytwelve)

add_action( 'init', 'create_book_tax' );

function create_book_tax() 
{
   register_taxonomy(
      'theme',
      'book',
      array(
         'label' => __( 'Genre' ),
         'rewrite' => array( 'slug' => 'genre' ),
         'hierarchical' => true
      )
   );
}

2) make sure the theme is deactivated

3) click "live preview" of the theme

4) "blank white screen"

Everything works great if we replace theme with other word, example genre
...

I don't see the theme word in the reserved list ​http://codex.wordpress.org/Function_Reference/register_taxonomy so this is very weird for me.

Added theme, nonce, customized and customize_messenger_channel the the list.

Don't forget to use a prefix.
