Twenty Thirteen: review all post formats for showing authorship on multi-author blogs

Look at all post formats to ensure consistent author display when is_multi_author is true.

For example, remove author from quote and chat -- and add it to status and image.

Current state:

• Aside: only shows author on single view (design choice)
• Audio: shows author on both
• Chat: shows author -- needs to hide it
• Gallery: shows author on both
• Image: does not show author -- needs to show it
• Link: only shows author on single view (design choice)
• Quote: shows author, needs to hide it
• Status: only shows author on single view -- needs to show on index also
• Gallery: shows author on both

In [23469] Twenty Thirteen: update post formats for consistent post meta display, fixes #23553.

Fix a few typos for "tags-links" selectors and remove extraneous newlines.
