Twenty Thirteen: Blockquotes feature really big font size in comments

I used a <blockquote> in a comment and ended up with an unusually large font size. Is this intended? I'm assuming it's styling bleeding over from the post content styling.

Not intentional, that is intended only for post content. Thanks for the report.

Also: your comment textarea looks *really* huge. We should fix that, too. :)

Yeah, Highlander doesn't play nice with the wide template.

However something broke at some point today. All of those widgets should be in my sidebar, not my footer.

EDIT: [23539] is what broke my widgets. Moved them back into my sidebar and things are looking better now.

Twenty Thirteen: better font-size rules all blockquotes, setting a smaller base rule and overriding the large only for entry content. Also fix too-wide comment iframes.
