Twenty Thirteen header images could be dynamically created

Description

As the current header images in Twenty Thirteen are all geometric, it would be interesting to think about either dynamic creation of the header image, probably with javascript, and the potential for a bit of on-hover interactivity to add a bit more personality to the theme.

This may not belong in Twenty Thirteen proper and might be better placed in a child theme, but thought I'd share the idea.
