Prev and Next buttons while editing Pages

Description

As Wordpress becomes more of a website management tool. I find I need to turn off specific features on many PAGES. Like tracebacks and commenting. The sequence of events now is to goto the PAGES list, click an page, wait for load, make the change, then click update, then go back to the Pages list and repeat.

What would be handier, would be Prev and Next buttons toward the top of the edit Page. This would let a person maneuver quickly through the pages without the round trip to the Pages list. The Prev and Next buttons could just cycle through the Page id's in numerical order (easier) or alphabetical (like Pages list) so a user could start with the top item and next all the way through the end. Making the changes quickly.

There is the bulk edit on the top of the list to turn off comments. or hold Ctrl (win) or Command (mac) when you click a link to just open the page in a new tab.

  • Milestone Awaiting Review deleted
  • Resolution set to worksforme
  • Status changed from new to closed

As @thee17 points out, bulk edit is exactly for this. You can even increase the number of pages listed on the screen so you "process" more of them at the same time.
