get_theme_data is <strong>deprecated</strong> since version 3.4! Use wp_get_theme() instead. in wp-includes\functions.php at line 2866

wp-includes\functions.php at line 2866 points to _deprecated_function() itself. Use a plugin like Log Deprecated Notices or Debug Bar to identify the source.
