Add donate link to the Plugins API

Description

The response to the `plugin_information' method of the Plugins API doesn't include an element for the donate link. It'd be good to get this in there for completeness.

better create a premium plugin, that will have more features, and users who will want to support you will purchase that widget.

I don't believe in a better result with a donation button...

Fixed. The donate link will appear in data returned from the API under the 'donate_link' key.
