Description

Some id attributes start with an underscore (like _wp_format_url) and some don't (like wp_format_video), also the corresponding labels for attributes don't always match, like wp_format_video and wp_format_audio.

In 24006.diff​ set all id and for attributes to not start with an underscore, per ​HTML4 spec that states ids must begin with a letter.
