Description
WordPress.org site bugs are not related to WordPress versions.
After selecting "WordPress.org site" as a component on the Create New Ticket form in Trac, the version field should be either hidden or disabled.

Everything related to the WP.org site is being shifted to http://meta.trac.wordpress.org, so this is no longer pertinent (as there is no Version field there).

In some rare cases, the version is relevant for WordPress.org milestone too, since it's also used for importer plugins.
