I noticed that pre_get_posts is twice. I'm not sure if this is the correct place to report this.

unfiltered_html was twice for a moment too.

Because the Codex is a wiki, you can edit it to correct the information.

There are also Talk pages on the codex to discuss issues there.

pre_get_posts indeed runs twice on a default install due to Recent Posts widget, so the list of actions run during a typical request in Codex is correct.
