v2 v3 1 1. In Notepad++, choose "Encoding" > "Encode in UTF-8 without BOM". 2 2. If `x96` character appears in line 204, replace it with the same en dash character you had earlier. 1 In Notepad++, choose "Encoding" > "Convert to UTF-8 without BOM" and save the file. 3 2 4 3 That should fix it.
