Private and Draft Pages not getting handled properly

Using 2.0.1-alpha1 (revision 3527). Change the Page Status of the About Page to Private and that About page becomes both a Page and a Post in Manage->Posts and Manage->Pages. Also will show as a Post when you View Site.

Changing that About Page Status back to Publish 'sets' it right. When clicking on the Edit under Manage->Posts, it does put you into Write->Write Page.

Additional note; when About does appear under Manage->Posts it is noted as Private, but under Manage->Pages it is NOT shown with Private after the Title.

Also, creating, or changing, a Page to Draft status causes it to display as both a Page and as a link in the Your Drafts section of Manage->Posts.
