Revisions UI strikethrough is too aggressive

Description

The revisions UI puts a strikethrough on the entire paragraph, rather than on the specific word that deleted.

Let's limit the strikethrough to <del>.

Or rather, instead of having strikethroughs on <del> and underlines on <ins> for contrast reasons, let's eliminate the need by increasing the contrast. We don't need such a dark paragraph style - let's let individual word changes stand out.
