1		The title attribute isn't just for "additional" information about the link destination, it is also for "advisory" information about the link destination. ~~Although the link text does the same thing, it doesn't hurt to double up for consistency across all site hyperlinks~~.
	1	The title attribute isn't just for "additional" information about the link destination, it is also for "advisory" information about the link destination. So i think you can get away with repeating the link text in the title attribute.
