    1 The title attribute isn't just for "additional" information about the link destination, it is also for "advisory" information about the link destination. So i think you can get away with repeating the link text in the title attribute.

    3 I'd argue in favour of repeating the link text as the title attribute but i'm sure it isn't the biggest issue you have open right now :}
