I have plugin http://casepress.org, and I need to add instead post_format_ui my form.
Add a form to another form is impossible.
Because it would be nice to add my form to before main form, as is done for post_format_ui.

Post format UI has been removed. Also, adding a second form on one page is not a good idea. Everything should be a part of the main form so it is all submitted at once.
