Custom Links dialog missing from Menu dashboard

Description

Under appearance -> menus, I'm accustomed to having the "custom links" UI to add external links, etc. to the navigation.

As a workaround, I've been adding the "home" link to the navigation and modifying it instead.

Would rather have the "custom links" UI or a way to enable it.

The box is still there, it's simply called "Links" now: 24624.png​.

Check out Screen Options tab, you probably have it hidden there (although it's displayed by default).
