Description
I am using color picker inside HTML table. But it seems when I click on color and the color box pops up parent <tr> stretches itself while the color box should float. see attached.

The color picker is not designed to float, as the overlapping can get weird really easily. It's not a great experience. Of course, you could style it any way you want, but it's not something we're likely to do in core.
Tables are for tabular data; consider using more semantic markup.
