WYSIWYG (TinMCE) is not keeping carriage returns to the submitted comment.

Description

Using the WYSIWYG (TinyMCE) gui for my comments.

When posts have been submitted all carriage returns are kept. The same cannot be said for comments. Carriage returns used while writing comments will be displayed but once the comment is submitted / approved, you will see that the comment will be displayed with carriage returns being stripped.

I disabled the WYSIWYG (TinyMCE) plugin and noticed that all carriage returns in comments are not stripped. I am not sure if this is a TinyMCE issue or WP issue.

I didn’t notice this issue as my posts were keeping all their carriage returns. Thanks to a friend that noticed the issue with the comments.

I am currently using:
TinyMCE v2.0.3 &
WP v2.0.1 – Latest nightly build.
