Description
RSS feeds work when accessing the direct php files (wp-rss.php, wp-rss2.php) but any other format pulls up a header error (e.g. permalink URI http://www.jmcrane.com/weblog/feed/) saying the header has already been sent by index.php.

Your issue is probably a plugin, improperly uploaded file, or odd server config. Reopen if it still fails to work after deactivating all plugins or even after reuploading all core files.
