More text styling buttons in DFW HTML mode

Description
In DFW HTML mode, we should also add buttons like "Bold", "Italic", like we have them in non-DFW HTML mode.

That seems to go against the "distraction free" part of DFW. Standard keyboard shortcuts are available.
