Description
In IE 6.0.2900, on initial load of post.php, the ADD field/button does not appear in the categories drop-down list. If you hit RELOAD on the browser, the field and button appear as normal.

See the same thing with IE 6.0.28 on a 2.0.1 install. Initially, the Category field was "closed" so clicked the + sign to open the field and there, the Add field and button were missing. It happens even if the Category field is initially "open" also. Happens adding or editing a post.
But, again using IE 6.0.28, do NOT see this on a 2.1-alpha1 test blog utilizing post-new.php or post.php (for the edit).

Anyone with windows and a testblog feel like verifying?
