See [25001] looks like https://github.com/WordPress/WordPress/tree/master is from /trunk/src (?).
Please add a new branch that is in sync with /trunk, probably "develop".

wordpress/wordpress is a mirror of core.svn.wordpress.org, *not* develop.svn.wordpress.org.
We're going to change this at some point soon, but at the moment, there is no official mirror of develop.svn.wordpress.org on GitHub. Here: https://github.com/tierra/wordpress.

Just a note, we're in the process of moving WordPress.org tickets to the Meta Trac: http://meta.trac.wordpress.org/. This should probably be requested there.
Either works. This is OK on here as it pertains specifically to core's build process.
