Reference to 3.5 in 3.6 on Sucuri scan

Not sure if this is the right place to log this but when completing a Sucuri scan ( sucuri.net ) on a 3.6+ site, an error is returned for out of date install. It notices a reference to a 3.5 file:
/wp-includes/js/wp-ajax-response.js

This probably needs to be resolved as some hosts use this scan to check on sites and then frown on having an out-of-date WP install when in fact it is up-to-date.

I've just performed a scan of two 3.6.1 installs upgraded from 3.5.2, and didn't get any errors.

That file didn't change since 3.5, why would there be an issue with it?

My host has just pointed it out and flagging me as a problem, so thought I would pass on the information.
I am not sure if there is a specific issue, but 2 installs I have of 3.6 have the same reference to 3.5

I have added a screen grab for a reference.

Shows 3.6.1 but also the reference to 3.5 which I can not make any sense of.
Apologies if it is just my install, but it is happening on 2 separate ones.

I was able to get the same error message, but it clearly looks like an error in the detection algorithm.
