Twenty Fourteen: Remove excerpts from featured posts, and display full titles instead

Description
In magazine/news sites, post titles are especially important because readers decide whether they read or not based on them. Authors craft carefully post titles to get readers attention, and as a result, it tends to be longer. Currently, Twenty Fourteen limits post titles to be one line but I think keeping full post titles outweighs the 20 words of excerpts in small print.
I think authors would appreciate displaying full titles they put effort into crafting, also for readers it'd be easier to skim through with full post titles than excerpts.

The patch intended to remove the placeholder.png. If we think we need it in the new size, I can make one though.
