Description

When a media file is selected for edit (Media > Library > click 'edit' on any available media), on right panel following options are available:

Save
Uploaded on: Aug 29, 2013 @ 10:41
File URL: http://www.example.com/wordpress/wp-content/...
File name: XXXXX.jpg

I often use this media window to upload pictures and then use FILE-URL later to share or insert into various posts. I feel it will be more accessible if it would be selected once it get focus. For long urls, it is really boring to scroll a lot on right.

For justification: this is an input tag with property readonly="readonly", hence other than selecting it has no other accessible option to users and onfocus='select();' will only make a better accessible to users.

You can always use a keyboard shortcut or contextual menu for select all, as well as triple click in many instances. I'm quite averse to this type of focus-and-select-all behavior - it either catches me off guard or actually gets in my way as opposed to being helpful. We also don't do it anywhere else in core.
