Add ability to set the "Uploaded to this post" view as default in the new media uploader

It would be cool to have the ability to set, via a filter or something else, the "Uploaded to this post" view as the default one in the new media uploader. Currently, many people are using dirty javascript hacks to select this view automatically or are forced to go through the additional step of selecting it manually each time, which can be quite annoying in some cases.
