Remove about.min.js from develop.svn.wordpress.org

Description

about.min.js is present in the develop.svn.wordpress.org repo as a blank file and I think it should not be there. It needs to be removed.

I cannot seem to create a patch file for this, but the fix is obvious and easy ;)

This was removed from the branch in [25912], during the 3.7 release process. I never got around to removing it from trunk.

Basically, it was added because the old way was to add a version-controlled file, then bumpbot would compress it. Obviously, that's no longer how things work.

r0uter: Feel free to patch any bug on core.trac.wordpress.org. That said, in this case, there isn't anything to patch. :-)
