Description

Rather than vertically middle aligned with the title of each site, the blavatar dashicons in the new admin style are top aligned and look off when several sites are listed together.

26154.diff​ nudges the blavatar and arrow a bit to bring them better in line with the site title text.

I still think that right arrow could move quite a bit to the right.

Without the patch, it is definitely misaligned. The patch seems to make it aligned again. This seems good.
