Twenty Fourteen: Image alignment / overlap

Reported by: sonjanyc's profile sonjanyc Owned by:
Milestone: Priority: normal
Severity: normal Version: 3.8
Component: Bundled Theme Keywords:

Description

When adding two images or more right after each other and aligning them all right or left they overlap.

To replicate bug:

  1. Install and Activate Twenty Fourteen Theme
  2. Add two images to a post or page
  3. Align both images right
  4. Preview post/page (images overlap)
  5. Now align both images left
  6. And preview post/page again (images overlap)

This bug only occurs when there is a space between the two images in the HTML, which is automatically added when adding the images through "Add Media".

See screenshot of visual result / bug and the HTML.
