Description

The Install Themes Preview functionality has a background on the collapse button as seen here:

The button appears to act differently to the Customizer due to different stylesheets being loaded (plus, it isn't actually the same HTML, just mostly the same CSS)

The background is coming from .button-secondary, so it might be related to #25968 - I don't know why these links have button styles applied to them - the customizer has the same thing, but appears to override more of the default button styles for it.

In 26389:

Remove button-secondary class from Collapse link in theme installer; unify Collapse button styles in theme installer and Customize screen; add a border around the Collapse icon so it remains visible on dark backgrounds; move the color styles to colors-fresh. Fixes #26230.
