Editing and Improvements to text on widgets.php

Description
The widgets.php page requires some editing for style and consistency. This includes:
- shortened sentences
- removal of inconsistent use of "Use this widget"
- standardisation of full stop usage. Currently it's sometimes used for contextual help and sometimes not. On other admin pages, contextual help usually has a full stop.
- capitalisation of Posts and Pages (note: Posts and Pages are more commonly capitalised, while categories and tags are not. It would make sense to have consistency in terms of capitalisation across WP's components)

@siobhan, was thinking last night about further consistency between "Your site's most recent Posts" and "A calendar of your Posts" etc, but, actually, the latter may technically be inaccurate on multi-author sites (just as it's not a monthly archive of the person currently viewing the widget page's posts, but rather of all posts on the site). This is nitpicking in the extreme, perhaps. In two minds as to the importance of this.

Yes, you're right. "Your site" would be better in all instances. On a multi-author site it could be confusing.

Here we go Aalso moved back to use of your site in a couple of contexts. I think maybe in the context of "Add a custom menu to your sidebar." for example, it could be "the" - same with "your site" in a couple of others - the "your" could become "the".
