Description

The drop-down when using a static page as front page / posts page isn't correctly styled: the form elements and drop-downs are too large.

Consistent across Firefox / Safari / Chrome (all latest) on OS X.

IMO the form elements are the right size, and the checkboxes etc are too small. Diff attached changing that to 14px, Everything matches. Also one of the 13px version. I like 14.

You don't have to ask me twice to increase a font size! I'm going about this in a slightly different way than ipstenu's patch though so we can leave the default font size of <p> at 13px.
