Description

If you add one of the built-in, but hidden buttons to the editor (e.g., hr, sub, sup). There is no corresponding icon. It seems the class doesn't have an associated :before style to set the content.

TinyMCE: fix editor.css.

  • Re-enable the default images for buttons not used in WordPress.
  • Remove redundant styles for the old buttons sprite.

Fixes #26294.
