Themes: Disable Next/Prev when no more items

Description

Currently the Detailed view of the Themes page allows the user to click the next/previous buttons even though there isn't another theme in the collection.

I'm not sure of the best way to do this, but I've attempted it anyway and it seems to work well for me.

Themes: In the detailed view, disable the next/previous buttons when there are no more items. Fixes #26314
