When viewed in Firefox, IE9 and IE10, the "required" asterisk in the comment form instructions moves to a second line. It appears fine in Chrome and Safari. Screenshots:

Patch contains fixes suggested by @iamtakashi. For consistency, the patch applies a smaller font size and adjusted line-height to .comment-notes, .comment-awaiting-moderation, and .logged-in-as.
