Description

In a multisite network, if the installed themes have updates - selecting the "Themes" results in a weird oval behind the update count. See screenshot: http://d.pr/i/kEp5

The oval is not present when "Plugins" or other Network Sections are selected: http://d.pr/i/R6QE

Confirmed. The .themes-php .theme-count selector is not specific enough.
