This was patched for #26481 but that patch didn't work.

miqrogroove, can you upload images which are not bigger then 1MB? I hate it to download the images first, since the preview doesn't support files bigger 1MB. Thanks!

Does this still happen in 4.3.1?

When I scroll up and down on the Themes pages, I still get things randomly appearing and disappearing all over the page, sometimes in multiple places.

I can't reproduce it unless I tab on a theme to scroll, which I suppose is meant to show the buttons.
