Layout problems with themes page in dashboard

Description

The #themes div appears to need a clear:both tag in the css in order to display correctly.

The theme thumbnails are starting to the right of the page title instead of underneath it, causing the first row to be 2-wide and the left and right spacing to be off for the subsequent rows of thumbnails.

That seems to be a bit old. Do you have THX38 the plugin installed?
