Theme Customize menu disappears

Description

In Chrome on Windows:

After expanding the "Background Image" item in the theme customizer, when you close it again random parts of the items directly above it disappear from sight.

Confirmed, I noticed the same behaviour. Using latest Chrome and Windows Vista.
